Your Tasks
- Answering customer inquiries including reception
- Setting up the process for orders and creating invoices
- Sending the invoices & spec sheets to the customers
- Supporting the sales team via data entry and customer interaction
- Preparing customer proposal and preparation for tradeshows/marketing events
- Link between the headquarters IREKS GmbH in Germany and the subsidiary IREKS USA
- Other tasks assigned by the management
Your Profile
- Minimum three years relevant working experience
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook)
- Ability to prioritize workload and meet deadlines
- Multitask with strong attention to details and accuracy
- Ability to work within a team as well as with minimal supervision
- Bookkeeping and accounting knowledge required
- Knowledge of DEACOM is an asset
- Strong communication skills
- Foreign languages skills Spanish and German are welcome
