Your Tasks

  • Carrying out flour analysis tests as part of quality assurance and customer service
  • Documentation and in-house communication of results
  • Maintenance and control of devices and measuring equipment
  • Supervision of trainees and interns in the flour analysis laboratory
  • As part of holiday cover, preparing and carrying out sensory tests for our internal panel

Your Profile

  • Successfully completed training as a chemical laboratory technician (m/f/d) or comparable training
  • Interest in food production and affinity for baked goods
  • Language skills: German (CEF B2)
  • Confident handling of MS Office applications
  • Self-organised working and distinct ability to work in a team
