Architect / Civil Engineer / Construction Technician (m/f/d)

Planning support for our construction projects, which are predominantly of an industrial character but also include training bakeries and administrative buildings in Germany
Construction documentation within the scope of BayBO (Bavarian Construction Regulation)
Ensuring IREKS construction standards in the execution of our new buildings and reconstructions nationally as well as instructing, coordinating and monitoring local planners and site managers internationally
Construction supervision and coordination of construction processes as well as final approval
Communication and coordination between our internal building project managers as well as external architects and specialist planners

Completed engineering studies in the field of architecture (FH (University of applied sciences) / TH(Technical University) / University) or similar background
Experience in industrial and commercial construction as well as basic knowledge of all building services trades of advantage
Knowledge of the relevant standard works, norms and legal regulations, e.g. VOB Part B and C (German Construction Contract Procedures)
Knowledge of customary industry software such as AutoCAD, MS Office, AVAPlan and others
Language skills: German (CEF C1), English (CEF B2)
Teamwork and communication skills, flexibility and the ability to organise oneself
Project-related willingness to travel in Germany and abroad
