Introduction

In the training as process technologist milling and grain cultivation (m/f/d), more commonly known as miller (m/f/d), in cooperation with our subsidiary EICHENMÜHLE in Untersiemau, you will control the processes for the production of different milled grain products. You will be involved in the grain processing procedure from receiving the raw materials, milling and mixing, bagging and loading to machine maintenance and quality assurance. The training location changes between IREKS in Kulmbach and EICHENMÜHLE in Untersiemau, depending on the training content to be taught.

Your Tasks

  • Receipt of raw materials incl. their careful quality control
  • Independent operation and monitoring of our computer-assisted cleaning and milling equipment
  • Maintaining hygiene and cleanliness
  • Organisation and optimisation of production processes
  • Adjustment, monitoring and maintenance of equipment
  • Loading trucks with quality-checked products

Duration: 3 years

Vocational college: Block teaching in Stuttgart

Your Profile

  • Certificate of Secondary Education or higher
  • Technical understanding and practicality
  • Pleasure in working with foodstuffs
  • Ability to work independently and responsibly
