Are you familiar with computers, networks and technology? As an IT Specialist for System Integration (all genders), you will make sure that IT systems work perfectly together – and that everything works as it should.

Ausbildungsinhalte

  • Planning and configuration: You will plan and configure IT systems such as servers, networks and computers so that they work perfectly together.
  • Installation and setup: You will install hardware and software, set up networks and make sure that all devices can communicate with each other.
  • Network management: You will monitor and maintain networks, troubleshoot problems and make sure that everything runs securely and reliably.
  • Troubleshooting: You will analyze and solve technical problems to make sure that IT systems work properly.
  • IT support: You will support colleagues with technical questions and problems, explain how to use the systems and help solve IT problems.
  • Data security: You will make sure that data is stored and transferred securely and implement measures to protect against viruses and hacker attacks.
  • Documentation: You will create and maintain documentation about IT systems and processes so that everything remains traceable.
  • User training: You will explain to users how to use the software correctly and support them when they have problems.
  • Project work: You will work on IT projects, plan and coordinate them and make sure that they are successfully completed.

      Duration: 3 years

      Vocational College: Weekly instruction course in Bayreuth

      Requirements: Good lower secondary school-leaving certificate or higher
